Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Our Refund and Cancellation policy allows us to fill your spot for workshops & parties so that we can pay our staff and the artists who create your crafts. We understand that life happens, please be conscious of your own schedule before booking a workshop with us.
Crafts and kits
Refunds on Items purchased from our DIY and/or Decor will not be given once they leave our premises. If you discover an item that you have purchased is damaged we will allow you to return the item for a replacement. If no exact replacement is available we will replace your item with another of equal value or credit you the same amount towards future purchases.
Workshops
Workshops are fully refundable up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the workshop date. Any cancellations within 72 hours prior to the workshop date will not be refunded.
Private Parties
Your Private Party Deposit is fully refundable up to 4 days prior to the Party date. Any cancellations with the 4 days prior to your party date will result in your deposit not being refunded.
